The fresh, organic, and regional ingredients drive our simple vision, when focus is centered in regional Mexican roots, in its purity, the authenticity of its flavors and colors as well as the reinterpretation of iconic recipes of Mexico.

KERME'S

KERME’S is a place for gatherings, where one can enjoy gastronomy, auteur mixology, and culture, it is located in the heart of the jungle of Tulum. In it you will be able to find different scenarios that shape the essence of the place, where you will find a beautiful view of the natural well, enjoy different shows, and events during day and night.

KERME’S offers a culinary experience with several ingredients of the Mayan region by wood-roasting the dishes.

Our kitchen is led by our Chef Alberto Maridcal, well known by his passion and creativity for the art of cooking.

Under a Family Style concept, our dishes are served at the center of the table to be shared and thus experience a great variety of blends of local flavors.
