GENERAL

  • The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
  • All food and beverage items are subject to availability and may be substituted at the beach club’s discretion.
  • The restaurant is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • The restaurant is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur on the premises.
  • The restaurant does not allow outside food or beverages to be brought onto the premises.
  • The restaurant reserves the right to change prices and menus at any time without prior notice.
  • The restaurant reserves the right to add a gratuity to the final bill for parties of a certain size or for special events.
  • The restaurant reserves the right to cancel any reservations that have not been confirmed by a specified time.
  • The restaurant is not responsible for any delays or disruptions to the event caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or power outages.
PRIVACY POLICY
 
The Restaurant will retain all personal information you provide during booking.By making a booking with us or using the restaurant website, you consent to our use and/or disclosure of your personal details to our franchisees, branches, related corporations, associates, subsidiaries, affiliates, assignees, proposed assignees, agents, commercial partners, service providers and/or any other parties engaged by us to enable or assist us in the provision of services or to exercise or enforce our rights hereunder and/or any other party as hotel may, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem necessary for the following purposes:
  • To process your booking and for other administrative purposes
  • To provide you customer support and services
To send you information on products and services, and special or promotional offers, newsletters or customer survey forms and questionnaires. You may unsubscribe from these at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” on the relevant email communications.We may also be legally obliged to disclose, and you irrevocably consent to our disclosing, your personal information to government and enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies and public authorities or as may be required by law. This may involve sending your personal information between different countries.We will use our best endeavors to use your personal information in the manner stated herein and will not otherwise disclose your personal information without your prior written consent.
 
EVENTS POLICIESPAYMENT
 
  • The couple will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost of the event to secure the reservation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least eight weeks before the event.
 
CANCELLATION
 
The Client acknowledges that a Cancellation would constitute a breach of Client obligation to Hotel and that the Hotel would be commercially and financially harmed.The Client agrees to provide Hotel with written notice of any decision to cancel fully or partly or to otherwise abandon its use of the Total Room Nights and/or Catering Commitment with the Hotel (a “Cancellation”). Full refund of the thirty (30) % deposit will only apply if the cancellation is made within the first 3 (three) days after signature date of this contract, and if the event date is at least 3 months away.Cancellation of a buyout from date of contract signature + 3 (three) days up to 60 (sixty) days prior to check-in date will forfeit the 30% of your Accommodation & F&B Event bill which is non-refundable/transferrable.Cancellation of a buyout from 60 (sixty) to 0 (zero) days prior to check-in date will forfeit 100% of the Accommodation & F&B event bill which is non-refundable/transferrable.
 
CHANGES, DELETIONS AND ADDITIONS
 
The limit of time for the Client to reduce the number of confirmed guests who will be present at the event, regardless of the minimum of people guaranteed, is four (4) weeks before the accomplishment of the event. This number of people must be confirmed in writing to the electronic direction above mentioned, with the corresponding acknowledgement of receipt.In case the Client will want to increase the number of people, the increase will depend on the space available and existing ingredients in the Restaurant. The additional amount due will have to be paid before the event takes place.All confirmations about menu selection per guest, timeline and layout are required. 4 weeks prior the event or the restaurant to provide the service within the contract. If the client fails to deliver said information on time the restaurant is not responsible for any missing supplies.The restaurant will provide an inventory of the conditions of the property and equipment the day of the event and a report to the client, the day after the event in case any damaged is found, which the client will be obligated to cover.Shall any of these changes rebound in any additional cost adjustment, these will be reflected on the client´s final invoice.
